Brandon Mull

Brandon Mull, the author of Fablehaven, came to our class on Tuesday and it was so Phenomenal!!! I loved the idea of having a famous author coming to our school. That is so exciting. I love the 6th grade, I love my teacher, I enjoy our activities and this whole experience is going to be so memorable. This experience isn't lasting for very long though. To some people, that is a good thing, but with Mrs. Niebergall and Mrs. Ross and Mrs. Hatch, Mrs. Gilbert, Mrs. Quick, Mr. Bell, and Mrs. Elliot with our chorus teacher, Mr. Hood, our band teacher, Mr. Fernley and our Orcestra teacher, Mrs. Wealer, ( sorry if I spelled them wrong, I'm not the perfect speller) Then it is just a Spectacular experience and its hard to let go of it.

The "Fun Day"!!!

Brandon Mull, the author of Fablehaven, came to our school today!!! Here are some things we did with him. It was soo cool to have a famous author at your school I want to be an author when I grow up so it was really cool and he gave some really cool tricks on writing!! so it was Spontanuas, spectacular, phenomenal!! I was really amazed. He even signed my book. He said," HI MAKELLE BLM. Blm is his name. well, it stands for Brandon L. Mull
Well, we had a lot of fun.

Chinese New Year at School

We celebrated the Chinese New Year at our school today. It was spontanuasly fun!!!!! I couldn't believe how creative people are. Anyway we made dragons and I was the one to stand on the tables and hang them up since I am real tall. I am not really that tall am I? Well, I guess I am one of the tallest in our class. Well. My friend Makayla got her hair cut and I thought it was splendidly cute so I took a picture of her. Well, if you want to know how to make these dragons then I will tell you how. You will need the following;
A black and white picture of a dragon,30 pieces of thin construction paper, a stapler, some tin colored paper, and your imagination.
You color the dragon however you want. Then you cut out the head and only the head very carefully. Then, take two pieces of construction paper and make an l. staple them so that when you fold them they won't get in the way. Then fold it over and over until it gets close to the end. Then take another piece of construction paper and put it on the end of that. Keep up the same process until you use the last piece of construction. Then staple the dragon head to the 30 pieces of construction paper are all gone. Then staple the end. Then glue the tin colored paper on the dragon wherever you want it to be. Staple the head of the dragon on your 30 piece of construction paper. There you have it. Your Chinese New Year Dragon.

This is some of my family that were at our New Year Party. We all love them so much and I'm am sure that we will be able to live with them eternally. I hope you can also have a lot of fun with your family since your family is very important. I am sure that you can live with your family eternally. It really is a blessing.

New Year Party

This is us at our New Year Party at our Grandma Idom's house. This is us playing planet earth, that is also the food that we ate there. This is also my aunt and some of her friends that she brought with her. We all had a Splendid time.

WALLE, Indiana Jones and..... The Seeker:

Here are three of the ten movies we got for Christmas. My favorite out of all that I have watched is WALLE, then The Seeker, then Indiana Jones. WALLE is about a robot who cleans up trash then when another robot named Eve comes to earth, he falls in love with her. He shows her the very thing that she came to look for and she puts it inside safety spot I guess and closes down and the ship has come back to get her. Walle follows her and ends up on the Axiom. Where all of the people were kept ever since the bomb landed on the earth. He and Eve have to put the plant into the hallow detector of the ship to be able to go home! But the auto- pilot will not let them and nearly kills Walle trying to get the plant from him, in the end, they all were able to get back to earth safely but since auto nearly killed Walle, Eve has to find out how to recharge him. She does, but Walle kind of has something of a brain freeze and doesn't remember Eve, Eve does not know what to do when she finally kisses him and that caught his memory and then they start to walk toward each other so Mo shoos all of the other robot's away. There are a lot more funny parts so you will have to watch the movie to find out. This is just to get an idea of what is happening in the movie. This movie is HIGHLY recommended by me for all ages. (if the boys like this one funny part then that is fine, just girls, I wouldn't tell them what it was) Also, go to Bonus Features and go to Presto, and Burne, those two are really funny shows, some of you might recognize the Presto show though some of you might not. Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the crystal skull: It is a good movie, but to me, I don't think that Indiana Jones is an Alien person but it was still really good and I'm so glad that we got it. But along the way...........................................
Sorry, but unlike WALLE, I will not tell you the end. That is something you will have to find out yourself. There are many adventures that will make some of you jump! It is a very good movie, you should watch it.
The Seeker!: The Seeker is about a boy who is the seventh son of the seventh son. He is the Seeker. The light and the dark are at war. If dark wins, the world will be dark forever, if light wins, there will be light and dark at different times so that we will live in light and sleep in dark. There are six signs and the seeker has to find all of them to be able to defeat the dark. Five of them were hidden from him. The sixth one could not be found because it was not hidden from him. At the end he has found the five signs but if he finds the sixth sign or not, that will up for you to find out. Small Christmas Tree!

A couple of weeks ago, we got some small fake trees with lights on them. My dad has a little control thing and when he wants them on he just has to push the button. When he wants them off, he just presses the button again. This is how they look. Pretty cool to me.
